Paiten and Wolf met back in 2011 at just 12 and 13 years old. Wolf’s mom, Moira, was a teacher at Paiten’s dance studio - so he was always around the corner. One day, they ran into each other and never ran out of things to talk about. In fact, they still talk about how crazy it was that even then, they knew the other person was special. They’d meet up one day a week, in the back of the studio at little cafe tables to have their “date”.

After 2-3 years of middle school, "Will they/won't they?" Paiten invited Wolf to the family Christmas Party. Now, she knew they liked each other - BUT she had no idea what he had been planning in cahoots with her mom, Heather. He had spent the entire summer prior working to buy her the perfect Christmas present. Wolf had saved all summer to gift her a pair of black diamond, heart-shaped earrings. The best part….she still has them.

Fast forward several years, Paiten lived in Los Angeles, and Wolf ended up in LA for a weekend. He reached out to Paiten to get dinner at her favorite spot in Santa Monica, Blue Plate Taco. They had a lot to catch up on, and a quick dinner turned into 4 hours of talking with several refills of chips.

Six months later, COVID struck and brought Paiten home to Nashville. When Wolf discovered she was back, they planned to meet up (restrictions weren't clear yet, hush). Once again, a simple hang-out became much more. They drove all over the place, pointing out houses that they liked or places they would build. You could say they skipped a few steps, but it felt like picking up where they had left off to them.

A year later (2021), the two moved into a downtown apartment together in Nashville.

On July 31st, 2023, Wolf proposed to Paiten in Savannah, GA.
